A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 1:45 p.m. on July 9, 1993 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all
items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:46 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$2,198.07 for the period ending July 6, 1993 and $10,713.10 for the period
ending July 12, 1993, in accordance with the 1992-93 Budget, were approved.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing
Authority Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: On motion by Authority Member Daly, seconded by
Authority Member Simpson the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Hunter was absent.
1. 123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA93-3: Approving a Fifth Amendment to Agreement
with the State of California through its Department of Housing and Community
Development. (In the amount of $2,244,192 to extend the expiration date to
June 30, 2000, for housing assistance to very-low-income individuals and
families-State Aftercare Program.)
Authority Member Daly offered Resolution No. AHA93-3 for adoption. Refer to
Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA93-3: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING A FIFTH AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
