A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 1:45 p.m. on August 6, 1993 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:49 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$7,411.33 for the period ending August 6, 1993, in accordance with the 1992-93
Budget, were approved.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing
Authority Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM: On motion by Authority Member Simpson, seconded by
Authority Member Feldhaus the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 123: Approving an Agreement with Lance Garber, Esq., for legal services
to continue work in progress on the Park Vista apartment project.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Daly moved to adjourn, Authority Member Simpson
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:50 p.m.)
