A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 3:25 p.m. on December 10, 1993 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 6:15 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$204,589.61 for the period ending December 10, 1993, in accordance with the
1993-94 Budget, were approved.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing
Authority Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded
by Authority Member Simpson the following actions were authorized in
accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority
Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA93-8: RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE PRO~RAM
- CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498(E) - AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION THEREOF.
2. 177: Approving minutes of the Housing Authority meeting held November 16,
1993.
