Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 2:45 p.m. on February 21, 1992 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5:51 p.m. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $815.04 for the period ending February 14, 1992 and $928.60 for the period ending February 21, 1992, in accordance with the 1991-92 Budget, were approved. PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing Authority agenda items. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. 1. 177: ADOPTING RESIDENTIAL DESIGN GUIDELINES - AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT: Submitted was report dated February 7, 1992 recommending that the Authority adopt the Residential Guidelines for Affordable Housing Development. Authority Member Hunter offered Resolution No. AHA92-1 for adoption, adopting Residential Design Guidelines for Affordable Housing Development as recommended in report dated February 7, 1992 from the Housing Development Manager. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. AHA92-1: A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY ADOPTING RESIDENTIAL DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.
