A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 1:50 p.m. on May 1, 1992 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all
items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:21 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$10,277.70 for the period ending May 1, 1992, in accordance with the 1991-92
Budget, were approved.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing
Authority Agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTERESTS: No items of public interest were addressed.
1. 123: AGREEMENT WITH COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC.: Submitted was
report dated April 24, 1992 from the Housing Manager recommending approval of
the Subject Agreement not to exceed $15,000.
MOTION: Authority Member Daly moved to approve an agreement with
Comprehensive Housing Services, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $15,000 for
consulting and advisory services with respect to housing plans and strategies
as recommended in report dated April 24, 1992 from the Housing Manager.
Authority Member Simpson seconded the motion, Authority Member Pickler was
absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Hunter moved to adjourn, Authority Member Ehrle
seconded the motion. Authority Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
