A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 3:00 p.m. on July 10, 1992 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all
items as shown herein.
Vice Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
to order at 6:20 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$11,943.36 for the period ending June 26, 1992; $5,689.48 for the period
ending July 2, 1992; and $2,446.18 for the period ending July 10, 1992, in
accordance with the 1991-92 Budget, were approved.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing
Authority Agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTERESTS: No items of public interest were addressed.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 THROUGH 3: On motion by Authority Member Simpson,
seconded by Authority Member Pickler the following actions were authorized in
accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority
Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Simpson
offered Resolution Nos. ARA92-8 and ARA92-9 for adoption. Authority Member
Hunter was absent.
1. 123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA92-8: RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBIT II TO PART I OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING VOUCHER
PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498(V), AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF.
2. 123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA92-9: RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498(E), AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION THEREOF.
