Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5:26 p.m. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $5,207.71 for the period ending October 23, 1992, in accordance with the 1992-93 Budget, were approved. PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing Authority Agenda items. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTERESTS: No items of public interest were addressed. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by Authority Member Daly the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. 1. 137: RESOLUTION NO. AHA92-15: Authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of Anaheim Housing Authority Multifamily Housing Refunding Revenue Bonds (Heritage Village Apartments), 1992 Series A; authorizing the execution and delivery of an Indenture of Trust, Loan Agreement, Amended and Restated Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, Amended and Restated Affordable Housing Agreement, Official Statement and Bond Purchase Agreement, and authorizing the execution and delivery of, and approving other related documents, and approving other related actions in connection therewith. (Heritage Village Apartments Bond Refunding 1992 Series A - $8,665,000.) Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution No. AHA92-15 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO.
