A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AMENDING PROCEDURES FOR IMPLEMENTATION
OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT
AND THE STATE CEQA GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. ARA86-21, the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency ("Agency") adopted "Procedures for
Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act and
the State CEQA Guidelines" (the "Procedures"); and
WHEREAS, the Agency now desires to amend Section 505 of
the Procedures to conform it to Section 15163 of the State CEQA
Guidelines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency as follows:
1. Section 505 of the Procedures is hereby amended by
the deletion of the second paragraph thereof and the substitution
of the following paragraph therefor:
If the preparation and adoption of a
Supplement to the EIR is required, the
Supplement shall be given the same kind of
notice and public review as is given to a
draft EIR under Section 406 hereof.
3. Except as expressly amended by Section 1 of this
Resolution immediately above, the Procedures shall remain in full
force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 14th day of July , 1992.
