A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING QUITCLAIM DEEDS FROM THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO LINCOLN ANAHEIM
VILLAGE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency"),
under the provision of the California Community Redevelopment Law,
is engaged in activities necessary for the execution of the
Redevelopment Plan for the Project Alpha Redevelopment Project
(the "Project Area"); and
WHEREAS, in order to carry out and implement such
Redevelopment Plan the Agency proposes to quitclaim its interest
in two parcels of real property described in the Quitclaim Deeds
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein to Lincoln
Anaheim Village Limited Partnership (the "Quitclaim Deeds"); and
WHEREAS, the Agency and the City Council of the City of
Anaheim (the "City Council") have conducted a duly noticed joint
public hearing regarding the proposed disposition of real property
in accordance with California Health and Safety Code Section 33431
and 33433; and
WHEREAS, the Summary Report of the Quitclaim of Real
Property from the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") to
Lincoln Anaheim Village Limited Partnership (the "Developer")
pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 33433 (the
"Summary Report") has been on display prior to the joint public
hearing in accordance with Section 33433 of the California Health
and Safety Code; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has duly considered all terms and
conditions of the proposed Quitclaim Deeds and believes that the
conveyance of the subject property is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim and the health, safety, and welfare of its
residents, and in accord with the public purposes and provisions
of applicable State and local law requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has received and considered the
Summary Report on the proposed Quitclaim Deeds.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Agency hereby approves the execution of the Quitclaim
Deeds, and authorizes the Executive Director to execute any all
documents necessary to effectuate same.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION IS APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY this ]]i-h day of 3~_~n~ , 1991.
