A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE AGENCY TREASURER
TO REMIT FUNDS TO THE ORANGE COUNTY TREASURER
FOR DEPOSIT IN THE COUNTY TREASURY FOR THE
PURPOSE OF INVESTMENT BY THE AGENCY.
WHEREAS, Section 53684 of the Government Code of the State of California
allows local agencies to deposit excess funds into the County Treasury for purposes of
investment; and
WHEREAS, said Section 53684 of the Government Code provides for the
investment of money by the County Treasurer pursuant to Section 53601 or 53635 and
prescribes various duties of the County Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires to authorize the
Agency Treasurer to remit money to the County Treasurer for the purpose of depositing
funds in the County Treasury for the purpose of investment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
hereby authorizes the establishment of an investment account by the County Treasurer
and the remittance of money to the County Treasurer for deposit in the County Treasury
Investment Pool. The title of said investment account and all correspondence to the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency concerning the same shall be directed as follows:

ATYENTION: AGENCY TREASURER
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency agrees to
deposit or withdraw money in the County Treasury Investment Pool in accordance with the
provision of Section 53684 of the Government Code for the purpose of investment as stated
therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency authorizes
the Agency Treasurer or her designees to order ~the deposit or withdrawal of money in the
County Treasury Investment Pool.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that adoption of this Resolution by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency shall be deemed the consent required by Section 53684 of the
Government Code for the deposit of money in the County Treasury Investment Pool for the
account of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted this 5th day of
February__, 1991.
