A RESOLUTION OF ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPOINTING ELISA STIPKOVICH AS EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, Section 301 of the "By-Laws for the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency" provides that the Agency
shall, by resolution, appoint an Executive Director who is
charged with the administration, management and general
supervision of the business and affairs of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to appoint an Executive
Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency does hereby appoint Elisa Stipkovich as
Executive Director of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution
No. ARA88-22 is hereby rescinded.

I, LEONORA N. SOHL, Secretary of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution No. ARAg0-25 was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on the 14th day of
August, 1990, by the following vote of the members thereof-
AYES' AGENCY MEMBERS' Daly, Ehrle, Kaywood, Pickler and Hunter
NOES' AGENCY MEMBERS' None
ABSENT' AGENCY MEMBERS' None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
signed said Resolution on the 15th day of August, 1990.
