RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DETERMINED by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency that that certain First Supplemental Indenture to Trust Indenture, attached hereto
and by this reference incorporated herein, be ancl is hereby approved and that the
Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute said First Supplemental Indenture
to Trust Indenture and the Secretary hereby authorized and directed to attest to the
President's signature and to affix the seal of the Agency thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a meeting of the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency duly held on the 8th clay of Ma.~., 1989, by the
