A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF TITLE TO CERTAIN AGENCY
PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has heretofore
improved or caused to be improved, certain properties owned by
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, for public street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is willing to grant
the fee title to those properties to the City of Anaheim, as
authorized under Section 33432 of the California Health and
Safety Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chairman and
Secretary be, and they are hereby directed to execute on behalf
of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, the quitclaim deed conveying
title to said properties to the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, this 9th day of January, 1990.
