Sohl DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT- Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 4'00 p.m. on February 23, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5'50 p.m. MINUTES' Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of regular meetings held January 9 and January 16, 1990. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITy in the amount of $12,272.57 for the week ending February 16, 1990; $4,965.37 for the week ending February 23, 1990; and $11,035.06 in public Housing Authority Bond Funds, in accordance with the 1989-90 budget, were approved. 177.109' AFPLICATION FOR 1990 AL!JOCATION OF PRIVATE ACTIVITY BONDS FOR BELAGE MANOR SENIOR APARTMENT PROJECT' Submitted was report dated February 15, 1990 from the Housing Development Manager recommending approval of the subject application. MOTION: Authority Member Pickler moved to approve the submittal of an application to the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC) for private activity bonds to finance the acquisition of the Belage Manor Senior Apartment Project. Authority Member Ehrle seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 179/109: RESOLUTION AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM - ADOPTION OF A MORTGAGE CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM: Submitted was report dated February 15, 1990 from the Housing Development Manager, recommending adoption of the subject program. Agency Secretary, Leonora Sohl, announced that staff has requested that this item be withdrawn at this time to be resubmitted at a later date. The Housing Authority took no further action at this time. ITEMS OF FUBLIG INTEREST' No items of public interest were addressed. ADJOURNMENT. Authority Member Hunter moved to adjourn.
