A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 4:00 p.m. on April 27, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 6:05 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held March 20, 1990. Authority Member Hunter seconded the motion.
Authority Member Pickler abstained since he was not present on March 20,
1990. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$14,279.86, in accordance with the 1989-90 budget, were approved.
177.152: AUTHORIZATION FOR ANAHEIM HOUSING COMMISSION TO ATTEND TRAINING
CONFERENCE: Authority Member Pickler moved to approve Housing Commissioner,
Norm Cook, to attend Commissioners and Administrative Staff Workshop to be
held June 11-12, 1990, in Las Vegas, Nevada; and approving Housing
Commissioner, Ed Garda, to attend the National Association of Housing and
Redevelopment Officials Pacific Southwest Regional Conference to be held May
20-22, 1990, in Scottsdale, Arizona, as recommended in report dated April 19,
1990 from the Housing Manager. Authority Member Ehrle seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
177.137: RESOLUTION OF INDUCEMENT - ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS - FINANCING FOR
A MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT; Authorizing the issuance of revenue
bonds for the purpose of providing financing for a multifamily rental housing
development by the IDM Apartments Corporation (Gramercy Villas Apartment
Project - 714 North Brookhurst Street), as recommended in report dated
April 23, 1990 from the Housing Development Manager.
Authority Member Pickler offered Resoluton No. AHA90-3 for adoption. Refer to
Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA90-3; A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING
FINANCING FOR A MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT BY THE IDM APARTMENTS
CORPORATION.
