Sohl DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 3:50 p.m. on June 8, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:02 p.m. MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings held May 1 and May 15, 1990. Authority Member Daly seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITy in the amount of $3,644.39, in accordance with the 1989-90 budget, were approved. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST; No items of public interest were addressed. RECESS; Authority Member Hunter' moved to recess to later in the meeting to act on the issuance of Anaheim Housing Authority variable rate demand multifamily housing revenue bonds (Bel Age Apartments Project), 1990 Series A after a public hearing by the City Council on the bonds. Authority Member Ehrle seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (6:04 p.m.) AFTER RECESS; Chairman Hunter reconvened the Anaheim Housing Authority. (6:30 p.m.) 177,137; ISSUANCE OF MULTIFAMILY REVENUE BONDS - DR, HYUK LEE AND SHIN YUNG LEE (BEL'AGE MANOR SENIOR APARTMENTS); To consider authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of Anaheim Housing Authority variable rate demand multtf~mlly housing revenue bonds (Bel Age Apartments Project), 1990 Series A. Submitted was report dated June 14, 1990 from the Housing Development Manager recommending (1) adoption of the proposed resolution approving the issuance, sale and delivery of the subject bonds and (2) approving an agreement with Jones, Hall, Hill, and White, a professional law corporation, for bond counsel services in connection with a multifamily housing financing project (Bel'Age Manor). Lisa Stipkovich, Director of Community Development, first answered questions posed by Agency Member Kaywood explaining the benefit to the City of having tax exempt financing. Authority Member Pickler left the Council Chamber. (6:31 p.m.) 90-21 Anaheim Civic Center, ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY June 12, 1990, 5;25 P,M, Authority Member Hunter offered Resolution No. AHA90-4 for adoption, authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of Anaheim Housing Authority variable rate demand multifamily housing revenue bonds (Bel Age Apartments Project), 1990 Series A. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. AHA90-4; A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY VARIABLE RATE DEMAND MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS (BEL AGE APARTMENTS PROJECT), 1990 SERIES A, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN INDENTURE OF TRUST, LOAN AGREEMENT, REGULATORY AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, REMARKETING AGREEMENT, OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AND APPROVING OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS AND APPROVING OTHER RELATED ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. Authority Member Hunter moved to approve an agreement by and between the Anaheim Housing Authority and Jones, Hall, Hill &White, a professional law corporation, for bond counsel services in connection with a multifamily housing financing project (Bel'Age Manor).
