A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:35 p.m. on August 10, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:47 p.m.
MINUTES; Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held June 19, 1990, June 26, 1990 and July 10, 1990. Authority
Member Hunter seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$911.38 for the week ending August 3, 1990 and $1,224,619.1 for the week
ending August 10, 1990, in accordance with the 1990-91 budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Hunter, seconded by
Authority Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177.123; Approving the First Amendment to the Disposition and Development
Agreement, including attachments, between the Anaheim Housing Authority and
Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, Inc.
Authority Member Hunter offered Resolution No. AHA90-8 for adoption appointing
Elisa Stipkovich as Executive Director of the Anaheim Housing Authority and
Resolution No. AHA90-9 for adoption filing and posting of prevailing rates of
per diem wages pertaining to public works. Refer to Resolution Book.
2. 177.114, RESOLUTION NO, AHA90-8; A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPOINTING ELISA STIPKOVICH AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE ANAHEIM
HOUSING AUTHORITY
3. 177.159. RESOLUTION NO. AHA90-9: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER DIEM
WAGES PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS.
