A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:35 p.m. on November 2, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as. shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:45 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held August 21, September 25, October 2 and October 9, 1990. Authority
Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITy ~: the amount of
$3,147.65 for the week ending October 19, 1990; $9,515.63 for the week ending
October 26, 1990; and $5,794.66 for the week ending November 2, 1990, in
accordance with the 1990-91 budget, were approved.
177: APPLICATION FOR SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHERS: Submitted was report dated
October 31, 1990 from the Housing Manager, Bertha Chavoya, recommending
approval of the subject.
Authority Member Kaywood offered Resolution No. AHA90-10 for adoption,
approving an application for funds under Section 8 of Title II of the Housing
and Community Development Act of 1974. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHAg0-10: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS UNDER SECTION 8 OF TITLE II OF THE HOUSING
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974.
