A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 4:05 p.m. on March 15, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:31 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings of February 5, 1991 and February 12, 1991. Authority Member Ehrle
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$105,668.20 for the week ending March 8, 1991 and $6,130.76 for the week ending
March 15, 1991, in accordance with the 1990-91 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Daly, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177: Approving an amendment to the Housing Authority Administrative Plan
establishing a threshold amount for expenditures which may be made from the
established Operating Reserve for other housing purposes without prior approval
by the Housing Authority.
Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution No. AHA91-2 for adoption,
delegating to the Executive Director the authority to approve and execute
certain amendments to Consolidated Annual Contributions Contracts for the
Section 8 Program with the United States of America. Refer to Resolution Book.
2. 177: RESOLUTION NO. AHA91-2: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY DELEGATING TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR THE AUTHORITY TO APPROVE AND
EXECUTE CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACTS WITH
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
