A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:40 p.m. on March 29, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Vice Chairman Ehrle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
to order at 5=42 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Simpson moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held February 26, 1991 and March 5, 1991. Authority Member Pickler
seconded the motion. Authority Member Hunter was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$20,192.40 for the week ending March 22, 1991 and $7,291.82 for the week ending
March 29, 1991, in accordance with the 1990-91 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Daly, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's report for the month of
February, 1991.
Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution No. AHA91-3 for adoption, directing
the filing and posting of prevailing rates of per diem wages pertaining to
public works; Resolution No. AHA91-4 for adoption, approving amended Exhibit II
to Part I of Section 8 existing Housing Voucher Program Consolidated Annual
Contributions Contract No. SF-498 (V) and authorizing execution thereof; and
Resolution No. AHA91-5 for adoption, authorizing execution of Amendment No. 5
to Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-498 (K). Refer to
Resolution Book.
2. 177: RESOLUTION NO. AHA91-3: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER DIEM
WAGES PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS.
3. 123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA91-4: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBIT II TO PART I OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING
VOUCHER PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498 (V) AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF.

4. 123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA91-5: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO PART I OF THE ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498 (K).

The Vice Chairman declared Resolution Nos. AHA91-3 through AHA91-5, both
inclusive, duly passed and adopted.
5. 123: Approving subordination of the existing second trust deed now in
favor of the Anaheim Housing Authority, in the principal amount of $199,338 to
the new first Trust Deed, and reconveyance of a fourth trust deed now in favor
of the Anaheim Housing Authority in the principal amount of $12,000 which
secures a loan which will not be made until later this year; and authorizing
the Executive Director to sign the subordination agreement and the request for
reconveyance (Anaheim Interfaith Shelter, Inc.).

ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
