A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:55 p.m. on April 12, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:48 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Hunter moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting of March 19, 1991. Authority Member Simpson seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$966.66 for the week ending April 12, 1991, in accordance with the 1990-91
Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Ehrle, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 123: Approving a Third Amendment to the Affordable Development Agreement
with Chevy Chase Anaheim Partners, to redistribute the affordable housing units
within the project (Park Vista Apartments Project), and authorizing the
Chairman and Secretary to execute said Amendment.
Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution No. AHA91-6 for adoption, approving
and authorizing execution of a cooperative agreement with the City of Anaheim
Service Delivery Area. (Operation Bootstrap program.) Refer to Resolution
Book.
2. 123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA91-6: RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM SERVICE DELIVERY AREA. (Operation Bootstrap program.)
