A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:05 p.m. on April 19, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 6:03 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,297.36 for the week ending April 19, 1991, in accordance with the 1990-91
Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Hunter, seconded by
Authority Member Daly, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
Authority Member Hunter offered Resolution No. AHA91-7 for adoption,
authorizing the execution of Amendment No. i to Housing Assistance Payments
Contract for Project No. CA16-0003-004 (Private-Owner/PHA Contract). (Village
Center Apartments.); and Resolution No. AHAgl-8 for adoption, authorizing the
execution of Amendment No. i to Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract
No. SF-498 for Project No. CA16-0003-004 (Private-Owner/PHA Contract).

3. 123: Approving a Second Amendment to the Printing Services Agreement with
Graphic Directions, in the amount of $15,991 for printing of a publication and
technical advice and services.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Authority Member Ehrle
seconded the motion. Authority Member Pickler was temporarily absent. MOTION
