A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:45 p.m. on July 12, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:25 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$5,057.98 for the week ending July 12, 1991, in accordance with the 1991-92
Budget, were approved.
1. 123: AMENDED AND RESTATED DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT -
BROOKHOLLOW APARTMENTS (ANAHEIM) ASSOCIATES: Submitted was report dated
July 8, 1991, from the Housing Development Manager Eric Nicoll recommending
that the Authority approve the subject amendment.
Authority Member Pickler moved to approve the Amended and Restated Disposition
and Development Agreement with Brookhollow Apartments (Anaheim) Associates as
recommended in Memorandum dated July 8, 1991, from the Housing Development
Manager. Authority Member Ehrle seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Authority Member Ehrle
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:26 p.m.)
