Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 3:25 p.m. on October 18, 1991, at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5:50 p.m. MINUTES: Authority Member Ehrle moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings held August 27, and September 24, 1991. Authority Member Hunter seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $698.13 for the period ending October 11, 1991 and $1,351.37 for the period ending October 18, 1991, in accordance with the 1991-92 Budget, were approved. 1. 177: RESOLUTION OF INDUCEMENT RELATING TO ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS - 43-UNIT MULTIFAMILY SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING DEVELOPMENT - 3601 W. BALL ROAD: Submitted was report dated October 10, 1991, from the Community Development Department recommending adoption of the proposed resolution. Authority Member Hunter offered Resolution No. AHA91-14 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. AHA91-14: A RESOLUTION OF INDUCEMENT OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FINANCING FOR A MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.
