A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:45 p.m. on November 1, 1991, at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:29 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held October 1, and October 8, 1991. Authority Member Ehrle seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$3,827.77 for the period ending October 25, 1991 and $8,389.13 for the period
ending November 1, 1991, in accordance with the 1991-92 Budget, were approved.
1. 158: GRANT DEED FOR WATER WELL SITE - BROOKHOLLOW APARTMENTS PROJECT:
Submitted was report dated October 29, 1991, from the Housing Development
Manager recommending the execution of a grant deed, including two easements, to
the City for a water well site at the Brookhollow Apartments Project located at
Crescent Avenue adjacent to the fire station.
MOTION: Authority Member Pickler moved to authorize the Chairman and Secretary
to execute a grant deed including two easements to the City for a water well
site at the Brookhollow Apartments Project as recommended in staff report dated
October 29, 1991. Authority Member Simpson seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Authority Member
Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:30 p.m.)
