A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 4:10 p.m. on November 15, 1991, at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:34 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Simpson moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held October 22, 1991. Authority Member Daly seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$2,299.71 for the period ending November 8, 1991 and $10,716.46 for the period
ending November 15, 1991, in accordance with the 1991-92 Budget, were approved.
1. 123: ADDENDUM TO LEASE WITH DANIEL S. AND JENNY L. COELHO INTERVIVOS
TRUST: Submitted was report dated November 12, 1991, from the Housing Manager,
Bertha Chavoya recommending approval of the subject addendum to lease.
Authority Member Pickler moved to approve an addendum to the existing lease
with Daniel S. Coelho and Jenny L. Coelho Intervivos Trust (landlord) to
include rental of approximately 1,300 square feet of additional office space
(Bank of America building) for 10 months at $1,625 per month, with provision
for two additional months if needed, at $1,690 monthly, with a maximum
liability of $19,630, and authorizing the Executive Director to sign the
addendum in substantially the same form. Authority Member Hunter seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Hunter moved to adjourn, Authority Member
Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:35 p.m.)
