The Acting Secretary called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:25 p.m. on February 2, 1988 and adjourned same for
lack of a quorum to 6:32 p.m.

A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:00 p.m. on January 29 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 6:35 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held January 12 and January 19, 1988. Authority Member Pickler
abstained on the minutes of January 19, 1988 since he was not present at that
meeting. Authority Member Hunter seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$850,464.97 and $6,326.68 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance
with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
CONSF2~T CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Bay, seconded by
Authority Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each A~uhority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177.123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-4: Authority Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. AHA88-4 for adoption, approving Part I and Part II of the
Section 8 Housing Voucher Program Annual Contributions Contract Number
SF-498(V), and authorize execution to include Project No. V006 (Project
No. CA16-V104-006). Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHAB8-4: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHELM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AMENDED PART I OF SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498(V) AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF.
((Project No. V006 is the Housing Authority's application for 31 additional
vouchers which will permit eligible families impacted by the owner's
participation in the Rental Rehabilitation Program to receive Section 8 rental
assistance.)

a. To confer with its attorney regarding pending litigation pursuant
to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to wit Anaheim Housing
Authority vs. Kan, OCSC Case NO. 53-79-91.
City Attorney, Jack White. The matter listed for Closed Session was
previously combined with a City Council Closed Session held earlier this
evening. He, therefore, withdrew this request for Closed Session.

No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn. Authority Member Ehrle
