Sohl ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 3:00 p.m. on February 5, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 1:44 p.m. MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held January 26, 1988. Authority Member Hunter seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $288.95 and $60.24 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALF. NDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Bay, seconded by Authority Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 177.123: Approving the First Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement with City, Housing Authority and Chevy Chase Anaheim-Partners approving an additional $300,000 in rehabilitation loans be allocated to the project. End of Consent Calendar. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: Loretta Mohrman, apartment owner at 1606 So. Ninth Street. She expressed concern that relative to Section 8 Housing (HUD) she has not received renewal documentation for her apartments since December and another renewal was due February 1, 1988. Mayor Bay suggested that a hotline call be placed to the Mayor and Council which will assure an answer to her inquiry. ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn.
