Sohl ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 4:10 p.m. on March 4, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 1:43 p.m. MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held February 16, 1988. Authority Member Hunter seconded the motion. Authority Member Pickier was absent. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $2,384.92 and $279,103.86 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by Authority Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: Authority Member Pickler entered the Council Chambers. (1:44 p.m.) 1. 177.123: Approving the terms and conditions of an agreement with Anaheim Interfaith Shelter Inc. for the provision of transitional housing and attendant services for homeless families in Anaheim. 2. 177.158: Approving a purchase agreement, escrow instructions, and Covenants Conditions and Restrictions, and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary to execute all documents necessary to complete the sale of affordable units located at 705 and 707 Wilhelmina, and 1015, 1017, 1018, 1020, 1023, 1025, 1022 and 1024 Patt Street. 3. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated February 29, 1988. 4. 177.109: RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-6: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY APPROVING AN APPLICATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR A GRANT TO OPERATE A SENIOR CITIZENS' SHARED HOUSING PROGRAM. 88-.1.z~, Anaheim Civic Center, ANAHEIM HOU§INC AUTHORITY March 8, 1988, 1:25 P.M.
