A complete copy of the agenda for the meetiu6 of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:00 p.m. on April 22, 1988, at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:38 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIMHOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$3,272.69 and $4,853.00 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
177.174; Councilwomau Kaywood moved to authorize the Chairman to execute an
endorsement certifying the Housing Authority's willingness to participate in
the Rental Rehabilitation Grant Program. The program is designed to provide
grants to help support the rehabilitation of privately owned real property to
be used for residential rental purposes. Councilman Hunter seconded the
motion. Councilman Pickier was absent. MOTION CAR/tIED.

ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn. Authority Member Ehrle
seconded the motion. Authority Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
