A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 4:00 p.m. on June 24, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:46 p.m.
MINU~ES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held May 24 and May 31, 1988. Authority Member Hunter seconded the
moticn. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$9,104.64 and $3,803.21 in Public Housing Authority Bond Funds, in accordance
with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST:
No items of public interest were addressed.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: The following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Pickler offered
Resolution Nos. AHA88-11 and AHA88-12 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177.123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-11: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I AND PART II OF SECTION 8 HOUSING
CERTIFICATE PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498(E) AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF INCLUDING PROJECT NOS. CA16-E104-001 THRU 019.
2. 177.123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-12: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIMHOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBIT I TO PART I OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING
