A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 2:10 p.m. on September 9, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:55 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held August 16, 1988. Authority Member Hunter seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIA~ DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HouSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$6,783.55 and $701.77 in Public Housing Authority Bond Funds for the week
ending September 2, 1988 and, $901,037.36 and $606.62 in Public Housing
Authority Bond Funds for the week ending September 9, 1988, in accordance with
the 1988-89 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS; On motion by Authority Member Bay, seconded by
Authority Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177: Receiving and filing the Director's Report dated July 31, 1988.
2. 177.123: Approving a negotiation agreement with BrookhollowApartment
(Anaheim) Associates for City surplus site at Brookhurst Street and Crescent
Avenue to develop an affordable multi-family rental project, and authorizing
the Chairman and Secretary to execute said agreement on behalf of the
Authority.
