A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:45 p.m. on September 30, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 6:43 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$7,177.44 and $405,963,69 in Public Housing Authority Bond Funds, in
accordance with the 1988-89 Budget, were approved.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING pURPOSES:
To confer with its attorney regarding pending litigation pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to wit: Anaheim Housing
Authority vs. Miraglia, O.C.S.C.C. No. 53-79-92; Anaheim Housing
Authority vs. Paczko, O.C.S.G.C. No. 53-79-92.
City Attorney Jack White explained that since these matters were discussed in
Closed Session earlier today, no recess was required at this time.

No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT; Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn. Authority Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. (6:45 p.m.)
