Sauvageau COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 11:45 a.m. on October 28, 1988 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:42 p.m. MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held September 20, 1988. Authority Member Hunter seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $57.51 and $1,067.75 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with the 1988-89 Budget, were approved. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: Mr. Olden Esping, 1639 S. Melissa Way, addressed the Authority advising that he was a Neighborhood Watch Block Captain and as such, he had received in the mail a letter and packet of campaign materials requesting that he walk his district and distribute the information. Mr. Esping felt this kind of activity was not within the scope of his duties as Block Captain, and he objected to some of the wording in the materials concerning endorsements of candidates. He expressed the hope that during the remainder of the campaign for Mayor and City Council Members, the candidates would exhibit leadership and address the issues.
