A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 2:30 p.m. on January 6, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:46 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held December 6 and December 20, 1988. Authority Member Daly
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,663.12 and $13,930.07 in Public Housing Authority Bonds for the period
ending December 23, 1988; $188.84 and $6,533.59 in Public Housing Authority
Bonds for the period ending December 30, 1988; and $5,198.80 and $5~900.00 in
Public Housing Authority Bonds for the period ending January 6, 1989, in
accordance with the 1988-89 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Hunter, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. AHA88-16 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177.174: Approving the certification of willingness to participate with
the City of Anaheim in the Rental Rehabilitation Grant Program, and
authorizing the Chairman to execute said endorsement.
2. 177.174: Approving participation in the Rental Rehabilitation Grant
Pro~ram for Federal funds in the amount of ~171,000 to provide adequate
standard housing affordable to lower income families in targeted
neighborhoods; and authorizing the Chairman to sign the Federal Assistance
preapplication.
3. 177,123: RESOLUTION NO AHA89-1: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING A FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
