A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 3:30 p.m. on January 27, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:47 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held January 10 and January 17, 1989. Authority Member Daly seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,889.15 and $2,848.67 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1988-89 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Pickler offered
Resolution No. AHA89-2 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177.152' Approving the revised Housing Authority Complaint and Appeal
Procedure which reflects the restructuring of the Community Development
Department.
2. 177.123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA89-2: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A STANDARD AGREEMENT AND OTHER
DOCUMENTS TO SECURE A COMMITMENT OF FUNDS FROM THE DEFERRED PAYMENT
REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. (Authorizing the
execution of a standard agreement and other documents to secure a commitment
of funds from the deferred payment rehabilitation loan program of the State of
California)
