Sohl DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 3:55 p.m. on February 10, 1989 at the Civic Genter kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 2:08 p.m. MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held January 24, 1989. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $9,561.46 and $75,061.28 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with the 1988-89 Budget, were approved. 177.137: RESOLUTION NO. AHA89-3 - (ADOPTION): Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution No. AHA89-3 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. AHA89-3: A RESOLUTION OF INDUCEMENT OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FINANCING FOR MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT BY BROOKHOLLOW APARTMENTS (ANAHEIM) ASSOCIATES.
