Sohl DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 3:55 p.m. on May 19, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Vice Chairman Kaywood called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 1:57 p.m. MINUTES: Authority Member Daly moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings held April 25 and May 2, 1989. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion. Authority Member Hunter was absent. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $2,295.90 and $1,641.00 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with the 1988-89 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by Authority Member Ehrle, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 177: Receiving and filing the Director's Report for April, 1989. 2. 177.123: Approving a First Amendment to the Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants; First Amendment to Deed of Trust and Assignment of Rents (Construction Trust Deed - Project Loan); First Amendment to Deed of Trust and Assignment of Rents (Construction Trust Deed - Relocation Loan); and First ~%mendment to Affordable Development A~reement in connection with the Park Vista Apartments Project - Chevy Chase Anaheim Partners. 3. 177.123: Approving an agreement with King, Weiser, Edelman and Bazar to provide lesal services to the Authority. End of Consent Calendar. Authority Member Hunter was absent. MOTIONS CARRIED. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
