Sohl DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 3:40 p.m. on June 2, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:02 p.m. MINUTES: Authority Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings held May 9, May 16 and May 23, 1989. Authority Member Hunter seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $12,977.29 and $668.22 in Public Housing Authority Bonds for the week ending May 26, 1989; $252.86 and $198.78 in Public Housing Authority Bonds for the week ending June 2, 1989, in accordance with the 1988-89 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by Authority Member Hunter, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 177.123: Approving a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the City of Anaheim in the amount of $1,750,000 to sell certain City property located at Brookhurst Street and Crescent Avenue to the Housing Authority for the development of low and moderate income housing. 2. 177.123: Approving a Second Amendment to Negotiation Agreement with Brookhollow Apartments (Anaheim) Associates to extend the agreement until August 31, 1989, for the development of an affordable multifamily rental project; and authorizing the Chairman and Secretary to execute said extension. End of Consent Calendar. MOTIONS CARRIED. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Hunter moved to adjourn.
