A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 1:55 p.m. on October 6, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:43 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held September 19 and September 26, 1989. Authority Member Hunter
seconded the motion. Authority Member Kaywood abstained on the minutes of
September 19, 1989 since she was not present at that meeting. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,155,186.47 and $5,409.38 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance
with the 1989-90 Budget, were approved.
105/152: COMMISSION ATTENDANCE - NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT OFFICIALS; Authority Member Pickler moved to' authorize Margaret
Patino, Housing Commissioner, to attend the National Association of Housing
and Redevelopment Officials 1989 Conference, October 15-18, 1989, in Seattle,
Washington, at an estimated cost of $950, as recommended in memorandum dated
October 3, 1989 from Housing Manager, Bertha Chavoya. Authority Member Ehrle
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.

ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Authority Member
Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:44 p.m.)
