was posted at 1'40 p.m. on October 13, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5'47 p.m.
MINUTES' Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$766.87 and $1,638.00 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1989-90 Budget, were approved.
177.137: MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS (BROOKHOLLOW APARTMENTS) 1989
SERIES B: Submitted was report dated October 10, 1989 from the Community
Development Department, recommending a proposed resolution authorizing the
issuance, sale and delivery of Anaheim Housing Authority variable rate demand
Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (BrookhollowApartments), 1989 Series B.
Authority Member Hunter offered Resolution No. AHA89-14 for adoption,
authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of Anaheim Housing Authority
Variable Rate Demand Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Brookhollow
Apartments) 1989 Series B; authorizing the execution and delivery of an
Indenture of Trust, Loan Agreement, Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of
Restrictive Covenants, Remarketing Agreement, Intercreditor Agreement,
Official Statement and bond Purchase Agreement, assigning allocation and
authorizing the execution and delivery of and approving other related
documents and approving other related actions in connection therewith. Refer
to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA89-14; A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
VARIABLE RATE DEMAND MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS (BROOKHOLLOW
APARTMENTS), 1989 SERIES B, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN
INDENTURE OF TRUST, LOAN AGREEMENT, REGULATORY AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF
RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, REMARKETING AGREEMENT, INTERCREDITOR AGREEMENT,
