Sohl DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 4:00 p.m. on December 8, 1989 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5:47 p.m. MINUTES; Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held November 28, 1989. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion. Authority Member Ehrle was absent. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $4,773.87, in accordance with the 1989-90 Budget, were approved. 177.174 APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN SECTION EIGHT PROSECT BASED ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: Submitted was report dated December 4, 1989 from the Community Development Department/Housing Director, Bertha Chavoya recommending approval of the subject application. Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution No. AHA89-15 approving application for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Project Based Certificate Program, and authorizing the Director to submit said application and supporting documents to HUD - Application to participate in Section Eight Based Assistance Program - as recommended by the Housing Manager. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. AHA89-15: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY APPROVING APPLICATION FOR THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT BASED CERTIFICATE PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZE THE DIRECTOR TO SUBMIT SAID APPLICATION AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO HUD. Roll Call Vote: AYES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Daly, Pickler, Kaywood and Hunter NOES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Ehrle The Chairman declared Resolution No. AHA89-15 duly passed and adopted. 177.123; APPROVAL OF CERTAIN AGREEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH BROOKHOLLOW APARTMENT PROJECT; Submitted was report dated November 28, 1989 from the Community Development Department/Housing Development Manager, Eric Nicoll recommending approval of the subject agreements. 89-49 Anaheim Civic Center, ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY December 12, 198.9, 5:35 p.m. Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve agreements with Galifornia Lutheran Homes, Anaheim Interfaith Shelter, and Orangewood Children's Foundation pertaining to the distribution of limited partnership interest (10% for Anaheim Interfaith Shelter, 5% for California Lutheran Homes, and 5% for Orangewood Children's Foundation ) in connection with the Brookhollow Apartment Project, as recommended by the Housing Development Manager. Authority Member Hunter seconded the motion. Authority Member Ehrle was absent. MOTION CARRIED. 177.123: TRANSFER - HARBOR CLIFF PROJECT AND EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT: Submitted was report dated December 14, 1989 from the Community Development Department/Housing Development Manager Eric Nicoll recommending approval of the subject. Authority Member Kaywood offered Resolution No. AHA89-16, approving the transfer of the Harbor Cliff Project, and authorizing and directing the execution and delivery of an Assumption Agreement and directing related actions in connection therewith, as recommended by the Housing Development Manager. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO, AHA89-16: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THE HARBOR CLIFF PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT AND DIRECTING RELATED ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
