Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:11 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Bay moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held December 16 and that the minutes of the regular meeting of
December 30, 1986 be held over for approval in one week. Authority Member
Pickler seconded the motion. One Vacancy. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,135.64 and $26,442.00 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1986-87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda: Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution
No. ARA87-1 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177.123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA87-1: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING AMENDED PART I OF SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498V AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION. (Authorizing
Amended Part I of Section 8 Housing Voucher Program Annual Contributions
Contract No. SF-498V to include Project No. CA16-Vi04-004)
