A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 2:45 p.m. on June 12, 1987 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housin~ Authority to
order at 1:45 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the meeting
held June 2, 1987. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$6,048.44 and $7,510.00 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1986-87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Hunter, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177.158: Authorizing the Chairman to submit a letter of interest to the
City to purchase City surplus property at the corner of Valley and Crescent
Streets for development of an affordable housing project.
2. 177.158: Authorizing the Executive Director to execute all necessary
documents to acquire certain real property located at 1026 West Brewster
Street and 1213 North Robin Street; waiving the requirement of a Disposition
Development Agreement prior to close of escrow; and selling said property to
Chev)' Chase Anaheim Partners.
