Priest A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 11:30 a.m. on November 6, 1987 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 1:42 p.m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL D~S AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $880,388.80 and $1,636.11 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with the 1987-88 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by Authority Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated September 1987. 2. 177.123: Authorizing a Standard Office Lease Agreement with Cal America Capital Corporation, at a cost of $6,877 per month to rent office space at 300 South Harbor Boulevard (Bank of America Building), for the term of five years, commencing on January 1, 1988. End of Consent Calendar. Councilman Hunter was absent. MOTION CARRIED. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. ADJO~T; Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn.
