A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
was posted at 2:30 p.m. on December 24, 1987 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:47 p.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held November 17, 1987. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$865,353.95 for the period ending December 18, 1987 and $50,096.12 in Public
Housing Authority Bonds, and $1,660.65 for the period ending December 24, 1987
and $9.022.74 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with the
1987-88 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177.123: Authorizing Ben Bay and Leonora N. Sohl to execute a "Change of
Officer Resolution" with Union Bank.
2. 177.137: RESOLUTION NO. AHA87-18: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING FINANCING FOR MULTIFAMILYRENTAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT BY BELAGE MANOR
LTD. (in an amount not to exceed $10,000,000 to be located at 1660-1664 West
Broadway by Belage Manor Ltd.)
