Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:03 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Bay moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held January 28, 1986. Authority Member Overholt seconded the
motion. Authority Member Kaywood was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$295.10 and $731~663 in Public Housing Author'~ty Bonds, in accordance with the
1985-86 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution
No. AHA86-6 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated
January 31, 1986.
2. 177/159: RESOLUTION NO. AHA86-2: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER DIEM
WAGES PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS.
