Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:02 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Bay moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held March 18, 1986. Authority Member Kaywood seconded the motion.
Authority Members Overholt and Pickler were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$6,531.19 and $257.58 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1985-86 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Roth, seconded by
Authority Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated
February 28, 1986.
2. 177/123: Authorizing a Duplicate Original Subordinated Promissory Note
from Cai-Anaheim, Inc., in the amount of ~255,000 for a term of 30 years to
provide for the write-down of land cost of 29 out of 94 units for the elderly;
approving an Indemity Agreement relating to Developer liability due to the
issuance of the Duplicate or Original Note still outstanding; and authorizing
execution of the Substitution of Trustee.
End of Consent Calendar. Authority Members Overholt and Pickler were absent.
