Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:06 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held April 15, 1986. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion.
Authority Members Overholt and Pickler were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$'6,505.86 and $256.'22 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the ].985-86 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Bay, seconded by
Authority Member Koth, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Bay offered
Resolution No. AHA86-4 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated March 31,
1986.
2. 177/123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA86-4: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS
PROGRAM AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO PART I OF THE ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO.
SF-498(K) FOR THE MODERATE REHABILITATION PROGRAM. (Authorizing execution of
Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program Amendment No. 3 to Part I of the
Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-498(K) for the moderate rehabilitation
program revising the unit allocation to reflect seven 1-bedroom units and
three 2-bedroom units and decreasing the budget to $55,800)
