Chairman Kaywood called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
to order at 10:08 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held November 12, 1986. Authority Member Pickler seconded the
motion. Authority Member Hunter abstained since he was not present at that
meeting. Authority Member Bay was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,292.49 and $48.50 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with the
1986-87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Roth, the following actiohs were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177/123: Authorizing an agreement with Weiser, Kane, Ballmer and Berkman,
to provide specialized legal counsel.
2. 177/137: RESOLUTION NO. AHA86-12: A RESOLUTION OF INDUCEMENT OF THE
ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
FINA~4CING THE ACQUISITION AND REHABILITATION OF A MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL
RENTAL PROJECT AND K~TED FACILITIES. (Providing for the issuance of bonds
in the amount of $30,000,000 for financing and rehabilitating a multifamily
residential rental project and related facilities located on approximately 19
acres - Park Vista Apartments in the Chevy Chase area).
